French Bilingual - Implementation Project Manager
Leads end-to-end LMS implementations for clients, managing requirements, timelines, integrations, training, and concurrent projects. Requires 4+ years of implementation or project management experience and fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, typically over eight weeks, using phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients.
- Serve as the client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management.
- Support and implement additional products and integrations, including RESTful APIs and CRM/HRM integrations.
- Deliver in-depth training on the Absorb LMS, including best practices and workflows tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- Bilingual French and English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 4+ years of experience in client onboarding, software implementation, project management, or a similar field.
- Experience delivering software or other training.
- Understanding of basic online and SaaS concepts.
- Proven time-management skills and a project-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- LMS administration or training experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning and e-learning.
- PMP certification or formal project management experience.
- Experience with data import tools.
