About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead top of funnel activities to execute on business needs and drive pipeline creation.
  • Leverage data to ensure SLAs and KPIs are hit daily.
  • Coach reps on handling objections, pitching Rippling, and booking demos with prospects.
  • Motivate reps to learn and grow daily, preparing them for their next sales role.
  • Own a specific function and translate business needs throughout the org.
  • Heavily involved in hiring top talent for the SDR organization.
  • Deliver high-level and tactical feedback across organizations with cross-functional empathy.
  • Consistently drive the business to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee an outbound team of 6-10 reps focused on expansion.
  • Build pipeline, manage processes, and focus on per-rep production.
  • Build and execute outbound programs using multichannel approaches tracked by input/output metrics.
  • Hire, onboard, ramp, and train remotely across multiple timezones.
  • Manage change in scaling, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an SDR organization and 1+ years in SDR leadership.
  • Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack: Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution.
  • Experience building an Outbound program or executing an outbound strategy involving multichannel approaches.
  • Excellent ability to manage at the ground level while zooming out to define and execute broader business initiatives.
  • Ability to hire, onboard, ramp, and train remotely working multiple timezones.
  • Deep understanding of scaling orgs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in change management.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary + benefits + equity.
  • Base salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 (70/30 split).
  • Commission is not guaranteed.
  • Final offer amounts may vary based on professional background, experience, and location.
