Senior Partner Manager - Technology Partnerships
Own Chainguard’s technology integrations program from partner intake through launch and lifecycle management. The role requires 6+ years in technology partnerships or integration programs, technical fluency in Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native infrastructure, and vulnerability management, plus strong cross-functional program leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own the technology partner integrations program, including evaluation, scoping, certification, and maintenance standards.
- Define and prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, technical feasibility, and company strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle: partner intake, qualification, scoping, agreements, build coordination, certification, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate delivery across partner engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, Alliances, Product Marketing, and field teams.
- Manage integration-side partner relationships, joint reviews, accountability, and committed timelines.
- Work with Legal on partner agreements and terms governing partner access to Chainguard data.
- Track integration portfolio health and escalate stalled or degraded work.
- Communicate partner requirements to Product to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technology partnerships, partner management, integration program management, or partner solutions.
- Technical understanding sufficient to scope integrations and evaluate proposed partner designs.
- Working knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tooling and scanner operation.
- Program management experience handling ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience with partner agreements and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal.
- Experience in a technology partner ecosystem and understanding of ISV investment decisions.
- Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a security vendor building a scanner, CNAPP, or vulnerability management product.
- Experience building a partner certification or technical partner program.
- Familiarity with coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
