Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads, understand their needs, and determine fit for the company's solutions.
- Conduct conversations with prospects to understand business challenges and communicate the value of offerings.
- Research target accounts and create outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
- Create qualified pipeline for Account Executives and ensure smooth sales-process transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and sales managers to prioritize outreach, seek guidance, and refine approaches.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
- Learn about products, services, and the market landscape to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Use coaching feedback and tools to improve calls, emails, outreach, and objection handling.
Requirements
- Fluent written and verbal French communication skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills in either Italian or Spanish.
- 0–1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or a related role.
- Genuine interest in a sales career and understanding of the sales process.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to engage new people and build rapport by phone, email, and social media.
- Foundational business acumen and understanding of common business challenges and revenue generation.
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Resilience, self-motivation, target orientation, and ability to thrive in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of £35,000–£49,000 GBP.
- Commission eligible.
