Attach to key opportunities, coaching AEs through complex PEO and International negotiations
Guide team in utilizing specialists (Underwriting, Finance, Legal) to maximize conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute sales contests and motivational initiatives
Culture & Talent Development
Own the initial stages of the interview loop; hire high-performing salespeople who align with COGIS values
Embody company culture daily, maintaining high employee engagement
Drive DEIB initiatives, ensuring diverse perspectives are recruited, heard, and developed

Proven track record of managing a team of at least 4+ people to quota attainment
"Lead-from-the-front" mentality with ability to dive into a cold call and analyze a performance dashboard
