Own Clay’s lifecycle marketing motion across email and in-app channels to drive adoption, activation, and usage of new products. The role combines campaign execution, experimentation, automation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within a product-led growth funnel.

Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle channels end-to-end across email and in-app communications.
- Drive adoption through product launches, PLG programmatic plays, cohorts, workshops, livestreams, events, and dinners.
- Partner with GTM Ecosystem, Product Marketing, Growth Product, Brand, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation to improve conversion, activation, registration, and product usage.
- Build automation for one-off launch, event, dinner, and workshop communications.
- Build automated campaigns that improve the product-led growth funnel.
- Create reporting and a unified dashboard to measure campaign-driven adoption.
- Maintain and grow the marketable email audience through re-opt-in flows and segmentation.
- Analyze channel fatigue and improve communication health.
- Own the communications roadmap and coordinate campaigns across teams.
- Define audiences and recipient rules for campaigns.
- Improve unsubscribe rules and other communication guardrails.
- Own product adoption goals measured through activation and usage of new products.
Requirements
- Lifecycle marketing experience owning email and/or in-app programs from audience building and copy through sends, experimentation, and measurement.
- Ability to focus on activation, conversion, and product usage rather than message volume.
- Experience reading dashboards, running A/B tests, and owning adoption metrics.
- Builder mindset with experience creating intake workflows, automation, or reporting from scratch and scaling them.
- Understanding of product-led growth dynamics and the user journey from first touch through activation and power usage.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, operations, brand, events, and sales.
- Passion for Clay and enthusiasm for using and evangelizing the product.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern go-to-market and lifecycle tools, including Clay, marketing automation platforms, in-app messaging tools, and Salesforce.
- SQL and dashboarding experience with Snowflake or Streamlit.
- Experience driving adoption within a product-led growth funnel.
