Responsibilities
- Create customer- and prospect-focused field events and experiences that bring the brand and product to life.
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs supporting the AMER Sales team, including executive experiences, educational events, trade shows, and partner activations.
- Manage event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budgets, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content development, and audience acquisition.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to recommend field-event investments that drive business impact.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events and audiences with top-account objectives and develop tailored account programs.
- Work with Operations and BizTech teams to manage and improve go-to-market systems.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of related marketing experience.
- Experience building field events from scratch in new or ambiguous environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, operations, and creative teams.
- Ability to connect marketing programs to revenue and pipeline contribution.
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them to improve productivity and results.
- Creative problem-solving, bias for action, experimentation, and strategic thinking.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketo.
- Familiarity with Notion and its value to businesses.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary: $135,000–$160,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.
