Community & Field Marketer
This role designs and scales sponsorships and company-led field events that generate enterprise pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and accelerate deals. It requires 5+ years of field or event marketing experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on execution, budget ownership, and analytical measurement.

Responsibilities
- Co-own the field marketing strategy across target accounts, sales territories, product launches, and pipeline goals.
- Design programs with clear audiences, business objectives, conversion paths, and follow-up plans.
- Evaluate, recommend, negotiate, and activate third-party conference sponsorships.
- Plan and execute executive dinners, vertical roundtables, regional roadshows, customer workshops, hackathons, and other field events.
- Partner with Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales leadership on target-account lists, meeting goals, outreach, on-site roles, lead routing, and follow-up.
- Lead on-site execution, including messaging, booth or venue experience, executive participation, customer meetings, and conversion.
- Build integrated campaigns with Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, Social, Communications, and Partnerships.
- Manage agencies, vendors, venues, budgets, timelines, staffing, production, run-of-show, and contingency planning.
- Measure registration, attendance, meetings, target-account engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, deal acceleration, revenue, cost per attendee, and program ROI.
- Build planning cadences, intake processes, event tiers, checklists, reporting, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing and event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience building and scaling portfolios of third-party sponsorships, conferences, and company-led field programs with measurable pipeline or deal-acceleration results.
- Ability to work across strategy, sponsorship evaluation, campaign planning, event production, executive management, on-site execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong event planning and execution experience across intimate executive programs, larger conferences, roadshows, and customer events.
- Experience collaborating with peers to divide portfolios, make tradeoffs, share context, and provide coverage.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with executives, customers, prospects, Sales teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including event narratives, executive briefs, and field campaign plans.
- Analytical experience setting targets, managing budgets, using CRM data, and reporting sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently for event management and field activations.

- Deep expertise in either third-party sponsorships or company-led field events, with range and interest in operating across both.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
