Build and ship growth-focused engineering projects spanning the website, onboarding, product experience, analytics, and experimentation. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, user-facing product experience, data fluency, and product intuition.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own and ship growth-critical engineering projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification through building, launch, and iteration based on results.
  • Design, build, and run experiments across the user journey, including the marketing website, onboarding, activation, and product interactions.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to scope ideas and deliver production-ready implementations.
  • Build and own analytics and attribution frameworks, including event instrumentation, dashboards, and decision-support reporting.
  • Define and track success metrics such as activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Use data to determine which initiatives to expand or stop.
  • Work across frontend, backend, and data systems to deliver pragmatic solutions that move key metrics.
  • Balance rapid experimentation with higher-conviction projects while owning technical execution.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering foundation in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
  • Experience building and shipping user-facing product or web features.
  • Comfort using data, metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Solid product intuition and curiosity about how users discover, adopt, and retain products.
  • Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and learn through iteration without sacrificing code quality.
  • Familiarity with modern web stacks and analytics tooling.
  • Interest in product growth across paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle email, and in how engineering decisions shape outcomes.
