Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition for the expense management platform and corporate credit card.
- Build industry knowledge within travel and expense management to help clients understand product benefits, support B2B clients, and drive revenue.
- Support Account Managers as an ERP subject-matter expert to implement accounts and drive revenue.
- Train and upskill the Account Management organization on ERP direct-connection offerings, product value propositions, and expense-product capabilities.
- Partner with sales enablement, product, and implementation teams to provide product feedback.
- Support prospective clients during the sales cycle by presenting product features tailored to their payment and expense-management needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with NetSuite.
- 4+ years of accounting, finance, or ERP experience.
- Demonstrated track record of high performance and success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Month-end close experience.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.
