Own end-to-end Global Employer of Record implementations for customers, from kickoff through first payroll, while coordinating internal teams and resolving product or compliance issues. Responsibilities
- Serve as the Rippling expert throughout customers’ Global Employer of Record (EOR) implementation journeys, including country-specific requirements, EOR timelines, urgencies, and hiring practices.
- Own successful EOR implementations from project kickoff through launch, including hiring the first EOR employee and running the first EOR payroll.
- Understand customer use cases and align them with Rippling best practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations, maintaining deadlines, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps across a portfolio of 25–50 projects.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, R&D, Compliance, and Sales to improve processes and launch features.
- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
- Investigate customer questions, country requirements, product issues, and documentation to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Create documentation, file Jira tickets, track issues, and follow through to resolution.
- Work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and navigate stakeholders from executives to HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer success at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Strong investigative, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a record of delivering strong customer experiences and setting clear expectations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations on schedule.
- Comfort operating autonomously amid ambiguity, changing priorities, and limited notice.
- Strong attention to detail, data hygiene, documentation, follow-through, written communication, and responsiveness.
- Willingness to work the PST shift, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM IST.
Nice to Have
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in the HCM space, including HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, or related areas.
- Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Outreach, and Mac computers.
- Business-level fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
