Responsibilities
- Set the vision and build scalable processes for workplace operations as the company grows.
- Lead real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, broker and vendor management, and office build-outs and openings.
- Manage workplace budgets and optimize spend across real estate, operations, and vendors.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, workplace experience, safety, and vendor relationships.
- Build and manage a team of workplace and office leaders as the company expands into new locations.
- Partner with People, Finance, IT, and the executive team on space planning, headcount growth, and workplace policy.
- Establish the systems, tools, and standards that keep offices running with precision as the team scales.
Requirements
- Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company.
- Track record of managing lease negotiations, vendor relationships, and office build-outs.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and scaling a team.
- Comfort moving between long-term strategic planning and hands-on, tactical execution.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Bias toward action and a willingness to solve problems directly, regardless of whether they fall neatly within scope.
