Partner Deployed Engineer
Partner-facing technical expert who enables global systems integrators to deploy, scale, and deliver value with Devin and Windsurf. The role combines hands-on technical enablement, partner-led pilots, complex integration support, and ecosystem development, with frequent travel including to India.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin/Windsurf.
- Work with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases.
- Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf.
- Lead hands-on technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams.
- Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments, addressing complex technical challenges.
- Act as a technical escalation point for integrations, security reviews, CI/CD environments, and enterprise workflows.
- Build relationships with partner technical leaders, including delivery heads, principal engineers, and solution architects.
- Capture field learnings and partner feedback to influence product roadmap, packaging, and partner readiness.
- Identify gaps in partner capability and coordinate with internal teams to close them.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams, preferably in enterprise or services environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India and partner or customer sites.
Nice to Have
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience writing, debugging, and deploying production systems.
- Experience with SI/GSI delivery models, enterprise software deployments, or large-scale developer platforms.
- Experience enabling others to succeed in technical environments.
- Ability to learn quickly by embedding in complex, real-world environments.
- Experience operating beyond a formal job description in a high-growth or early-stage setting, or founding a startup.
- Ability to context-switch quickly and handle a broad range of technical and non-technical problems.
