Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end onboarding support.
- Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation.
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions based on product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, including quality monitoring, timeline management, risk mitigation, and delivery ownership.
- Understand customers’ business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine technology.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Strong execution, integration, and automation skills, with experience working across multiple internal and external technical teams.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools.
- Experience with one or more of Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $175,000–$200,000.
