About the role

Sales Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Identify and engage key decision-makers at enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Run discovery and demos: Understand customer pain points and showcase Neon's automation platform.
  • Manage pipeline: Own opportunities end to end, from outreach through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Exceed revenue targets: Drive consistent quota attainment and contribute to company growth.

Implementation & Success Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship: Build trust and act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive implementations: Translate business needs into product rollouts, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Shape new products: Take customer problems from design through implementation, coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Manage programs: Track timelines, risks, and outcomes across multiple initiatives.
  • Identify expansion opportunities: Spot opportunities for deeper adoption and increased value.

Requirements

  • Enterprise SaaS sales, tech-forward consulting, sales engineering, or forward-deployed engineering experience.
  • Computer-science-literate: Speak confidently with IT leaders about APIs, schemas, high-level architecture.
  • Comfortable doing deep discovery on prospects' workflows and challenges.
  • Strategic operator with management consulting-level thinking.
  • Able to own complex deals and contract negotiations.
