Own inbound lead management: Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound interest from GPs, lenders, and private market deal teams.
Execute outbound campaigns: Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to design and execute outbound sequences targeting high-value accounts.

Constantly iterate: Refine BDR playbook, report on conversion metrics, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
BDR or sales experience in fast-paced, outbound-heavy environment (tech, SaaS, fintech, or AI preferred).
Domain knowledge in private credit, private equity, or commercial banking.
