About the role
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities
Book demos and meetings for Account Executives
Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
Learn the home services industry and become an expert on Broccoli’s AI platform
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
Organized and detail-oriented
Coachable with a willingness to learn quickly
Experience in SaaS, startups, or home services is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
