Responsibilities
- Build data infrastructure to identify buyers/sellers and turn fragmented data into sales pipeline.
- Ship internal tools for sales team: outbound automation, lead routing, sequencing, deal-room tooling.
- Apply AI/LLMs to unstructured data to generate pipeline signals.
- Build background agents to enhance sales processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering experience.
- AI-native: live in the frontier, use AI to ship.
- Track record shipping high-quality products at scale, including agents.
- Systems thinker, strong opinions, expert-driven.
- Comfortable customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Startup experience as technical co-founder/early engineer.
- Experience with messy real-world data from analog sources.
- Familiarity with sales/marketing tools (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
