Responsibilities
- Own the core positioning and messaging framework for EveOS product pillars, including Intake, Agents, Auditor, Analyst, and Atlas.
- Develop differentiated, buyer-relevant messaging for firm owners, managing attorneys, and operations leads.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Bring buyer research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into product, roadmap, and packaging conversations.
- Create the master pitch, product story, demo narrative, and messaging used by enablement, demand generation, and product launches.
- Develop and maintain core website product messaging.
- Build competitive positioning for the legal AI landscape and provide regular positioning updates.
- Own analyst relations by briefing and influencing analysts covering the legal AI category.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and product marketing teams to ensure positioning is reflected accurately in collateral, training, and releases.
- Connect Eve’s capabilities to outcomes that matter to attorneys.
- Establish a repeatable product launch framework, including tiering criteria, cross-functional processes, and readiness checklists.
- Define launch success metrics and report on launch performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or legal technology.
- Track record of owning positioning and messaging for a core product or platform.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain technical AI concepts to attorneys.
- Fluency in competitive messaging, category design, and buyer thinking.
- Experience gathering insights from customers, sales representatives, and prospects.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills across Product, Sales, Events, Content, and Marketing.
Objectives
- Deliver a validated EveOS positioning and messaging framework by Month 3, adopted across go-to-market materials.
- Refresh persona and messaging profiles for firm owners, managing attorneys, and operations leads by Month 3.
- Deliver a refreshed master pitch, product story, and demo narrative by Month 4, with confirmed sales adoption.
- Establish the launch framework and lead launches under it by Month 5.
- Build a sourced point of view on competitive positioning and provide monthly updates.
- Define launch metrics and deliver the first quarterly launch scorecard by Month 6.
