What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy across Checkr’s fraud detection and identity risk portfolio and specialized verification products
- Develop Checkr’s fraud narrative, connecting fast-moving trends with Checkr’s differentiated position and translating it into crisp, compelling messaging for mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Ensure our sales and partnership teams understand the challenges we solve for our buyers, and equip them to handle complex, consultative deals with playbooks, talking points, and collateral
- Own market, customer, and competitive intelligence - from buyer research and win/loss analysis to competitive battlecards - and translate those signals into GTM strategy, pricing input, and product roadmap influence
- Represent Checkr in customer meetings and industry events as a subject matter expert
What You Bring
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience; experience marketing to HR buyers is a strong plus, background in fraud detection, identity verification, risk, compliance, or security is a strong plus
- A track record of owning complex GTM programs end-to-end; you’ve built the strategy and plan and delivered measurable outcomes autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level - you’ve influenced roadmap decisions and earned credibility in rooms where you weren’t the most senior person
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a gift for persuasive storytelling. Your messaging is sharp, and you’re comfortable presenting to and fielding questions from executives and customers
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action, with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple initiatives successfully
- AI fluency and a knack for leveraging tools to drive efficiency and smarter workflows
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA): $191,000—$225,000 USD
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO): $162,000—$190,000 USD
