This role delivers AI search and growth solutions directly to enterprise customers, configuring playbooks, analyzing performance, and translating feedback into product improvements. Responsibilities
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their goals, translate them into clear delivery plans, and drive measurable outcomes across AI search visibility and growth.
- Configure, adapt, and scale AirOps playbooks across customer accounts and verticals, helping turn repeatable delivery patterns into stronger product and service motions.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to align customer needs, product capabilities, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor performance data, identify trends and risks, and communicate recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bring field feedback back to the product and delivery teams to improve the platform, customer experience, and future playbooks.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solutions, Customer Success, or a similar role at a high-growth startup.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers, translating business goals into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation platforms to improve processes and scale repeatable work.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify patterns, and turn insights into recommendations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to keep internal teams and customers aligned across multiple workstreams.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where customer needs, product feedback, and delivery priorities intersect.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with AI search, GEO/AEO strategy, or how brands are discovered across LLMs and answer engines.
- Comfort working with data from tools such as Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience at an early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Experience turning customer feedback into product recommendations, internal documentation, or enablement materials.
