Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop a team of seven Data Specialists.
- Own team quality, responsiveness, and delivery metrics; spot-check work and establish review practices.
- Coach customer-facing communications, documentation, and presentations; join customer calls when needed.
- Manage prioritization, capacity, coverage, and blockers across a growing customer portfolio.
- Advise on scalable data solutions, quality risks, and appropriate tools and resources.
- Lead quarterly initiatives improving service quality, efficiency, and value.
- Drive AI adoption and change management across team workflows.
- Collaborate with Sustainability Advisory, Customer Success, and Project Management leadership.
- Help build an inclusive, mission-driven, high-performance Mexico City office culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years managing a services, operations, or customer-facing team, typically in consulting or B2B SaaS.
- Experience coaching, hiring, and developing early-career employees.
- Strong customer-service and quality-delivery orientation.
- Strong operational skills, attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and experience building repeatable systems in high-growth environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex situations to senior audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel, including accuracy checks, reconciliation, and risk assessment.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve efficiency and impact.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Willingness to work from the office four days per week.
