Business Development Lead, Care Partnerships
Own the full business development cycle for mid-market health system partnerships, from prospecting through launch, while building relationships with clinical and care management leaders. The role requires 5+ years of healthcare BD or sales experience and strong pipeline, communication, and account strategy skills.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive mid-market health system opportunities from first contact through launch.
- Build relationships with Director-level and above leaders in care management, population health, and clinical operations.
- Run outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads across assigned states.
- Develop account strategies focused on long-term adoption.
- Support Associate Principals with research, preparation, and account coverage for enterprise opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partner Success, Product, and Operations to ensure successful launches.
- Mentor the growing BDR team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle business development or sales experience in healthcare, health technology, or a related industry.
- Experience selling to health systems, clinics, or provider organizations.
- Understanding of care management workflows.
- Proven ability to build trust with Director-level and above leaders.
- Experience owning a pipeline end-to-end, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing.
- Strategic, resourceful approach to account development.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and an open-feedback culture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $111,520–$164,000 annually.
