Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle for strategic Data and AI partners.
- Position Celonis as the context layer for Enterprise AI and demonstrate how the Process Intelligence Graph supports partner AI and LLM applications.
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with major AI and software vendors.
- Enable agentic workflows and coordinate OEM offerings for autonomous business actions.
- Lead AI value workshops and develop ROI-focused business cases for AI-enriched process automation.
- Manage signed OEM accounts, drive adoption, and identify generative and predictive AI use cases.
- Capture partner AI/ML requirements to inform the product roadmap and monitor competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Applied AI Engineering to validate LLM integrations and zero-copy data strategies.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in enterprise software, business development, or AI/ML solution consulting.
- Experience building business cases for AI-driven transformation and negotiating complex commercial frameworks.
- Strong technical understanding of the AI and data stack, including LLMs and vector databases.
- Ability to translate complex process data into compelling AI value propositions for executive stakeholders.
- Track record navigating first-of-their-kind sales cycles in AI or data infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$175,000 USD annually.
- Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
