Technical Business Development Lead, Korea Market (US-based)

Leads technical customer discovery, workshops, solution development, and revenue strategy for automotive and adjacent-domain opportunities in the Korea market. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant automotive experience, strong project execution and customer engagement skills, and familiarity with automotive software technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers identified by Korea-based Account Managers or through your understanding of the ecosystem.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and evaluate potential solutions.
  • Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations of Applied Intuition’s solutions.
  • Develop customer solutions with Product and Engineering teams for existing products, or support the creation of new products for new concepts.
  • Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models, and guide proposals through customer approvals.
  • Plan revenue strategy and outlook for solutions in automotive and adjacent domains.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of prior experience in automotive or relevant domains.
  • Proven ability to work across stakeholders and execute complex projects.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and ability to drive customer engagements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working with automotive software technologies.
  • Ability to travel internationally once every 4–6 weeks on average.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on a product at a startup from Series A to IPO.
  • Professional fluency in Korean, written and spoken, to support customers and partners in the Korea market.
