Leads a team of Technical Program Managers and PGMs while overseeing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery. The role requires extensive technical program or engineering experience, people management including managing managers, and strong coaching and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing teams, managers, and individuals across multiple locations, including performance reviews, continual feedback, and career growth.
- Define and deliver the long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs in collaboration with product management and engineering leadership and executives.
- Define success criteria and delivery plans, track risks, and ensure successful execution of complex Risk programs.
- Improve how teams communicate and operate to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience of varying seniority, including managing managers.
- 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- Extensive experience finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations.
- Experience driving technical programs from ideation through delivery at scale and leading teams of Technical Program Managers.
- Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams, with stakeholders in different disciplines and time zones.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.
