Responsibilities
- Work with GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities through demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Design and advise on system architecture or data flow for product integration.
- Write scripts or code to help customers leverage Reducto's products (e.g., API calls, connectors, dashboards).
- Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact improvements.
- Act as feedback loop to product and infra teams, surfacing usability gaps and opportunities.
- Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
- Excellent with Python; comfortable with Bash and infrastructure.
- Very comfortable with Kubernetes.
- Build tools as needed (e.g., Streamlit app).
- Quantitative approach: debug, experiment, iterate fast; hands-on with full development lifecycle.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages.
- Keep up with latest developments in ML/AI.
