About the job

  • Manage paid channels end to end—planning, execution, budget pacing, and optimization against efficiency and volume targets.
  • Own the conversion funnel across every stage, from first touch to qualified lead, and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and experience.
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels to expand reach and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage learning agendas and experiment frameworks that validate performance and inform prioritization.
  • Build and own growth measurement and data that ensure strategic goal-setting, in partnership with Data and Finance, including funnel analytics, CAC, lead quality, and attribution mapping.
  • Collaborate deeply with Partnerships and Sales to align on target audiences, prioritization, lead quality, and optimizations.
  • Evaluate channel-level and funnel-level insights to guide optimization, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that support transparency, efficiency, and improved results that all of Partnerships can leverage.
  • Stay current with growth trends, channel shifts, and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for scale and efficiency.

You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have
