Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for Greenfield accounts within the Nordics.
- Assess customer architectures and provide strategic guidance and deep technical expertise across multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders.
- Advise VP-level and business-unit leaders, driving alignment during high-tension negotiations and securing long-term technical commitment.
- Abstract learnings from technical builds into reusable patterns and guidance for the wider community.
- Drive adoption beyond proof of concept and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Coach junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
- Deep expertise across data engineering, data warehousing, and generative AI, with an AI-builder mindset.
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across competing constraints and evolving goals.
- Experience leading technical discussions and solving high-complexity, multi-account architectural challenges.
- Ability to identify emerging risks early and mobilize others through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for senior customer interactions.
- Must be based in Sweden or Denmark.
