Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the FCM operating model across trade flow management, position management, margin monitoring, internal reporting, regulatory reporting support, and business analytics.
- Design and build scalable operational solutions across people, process, and tooling to reduce manual effort, improve control quality, and strengthen operational resilience.
- Monitor process reliability and environmental stability using data and operational insights; provide transparency on operational health, prioritize enhancements, and lead delivery in a regulated environment.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to define requirements, influence roadmaps, and implement controlled solutions.
- Drive initiatives involving launch readiness, process redesign, automation, control architecture, vendor tooling, and remediation of operational pain points.
- Define future-state workflows and ownership models for new products, features, and business expansions.
- Establish documentation, policies, procedures, governance standards, and decision frameworks for critical workflows and strategic changes.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of listed derivatives, futures operations, and broker-dealer or FCM workflows.
- Significant experience in operations, product operations, business operations, or program leadership in regulated financial services.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge of trade processing systems, books and records, and related infrastructure.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the listed derivatives ecosystem.
- Ability to operate autonomously at a senior individual-contributor level with strategic judgment and hands-on execution.
- Track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and delivering durable process or tooling improvements.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to build scalable operating solutions.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
- Responsible use of generative AI with strong human oversight to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $201,365–$236,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
