About the role
Responsibilities
Partner with product sales leadership to define and execute a strategic vision for enablement across Stripe's product sales organization
Scope, build, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs tailored to the unique requirements of each product sales role
Stay embedded with Product and Product Operations teams to understand Stripe's evolving product suite, anticipate upcoming releases, and ensure the field is ready before launch
Create and facilitate enablement content in partnership with subject matter experts, translating technical product knowledge and solution architectures into practical, scalable resources
Identify skill and knowledge gaps across product sales teams, then design programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity, expertise, and revenue
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align learning experiences with business goals and performance outcomes
Track enablement impact and use data to make informed decisions about where to invest next
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, with a focus on specialist or technical sales roles at a global technology or high-growth company
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for a sales audience
Proven track record of designing and delivering enablement programs that produce measurable improvements in sales performance
Strong project management and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior executives as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and build productive relationships across a large organization
Nice-to-Haves
Experience operating in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones
Background in content creation, curation, or knowledge management platforms
