Partner Enablement Manager
Build and operate partner onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Fleetio’s reseller ecosystem. The role requires 5+ years in partner or sales enablement, strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience creating training, playbooks, and certification content.

Responsibilities
- Own and run structured onboarding programs for newly signed reseller partners, including technical/platform onboarding, sales training, value-selling methodology, and partner marketing enablement.
- Build and maintain onboarding tracks, certification and training materials, playbooks, battlecards, and value-selling frameworks for FMC, telematics, and VAR partners.
- Establish an ongoing enablement cadence for platform releases, new features, pricing and packaging changes, and updated marketing messaging.
- Gather partner enablement requirements, route them to Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Support, and close the loop.
- Identify enablement gaps using partner health, ramp speed, and performance data, then build programs to address them.
- Maintain partner-facing onboarding guides, LMS content, recorded trainings, and quick-reference materials.
- Track onboarding completion, time to ramp, training engagement, certification rates, and other enablement effectiveness metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep enablement content accurate and timely.
- Support partner kickoffs, QBRs, and summits with enablement content and materials.
- Maintain partner enablement records, including onboarding stages, certifications, and training gaps, in Salesforce or partner tracking tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel program management, or partner onboarding, ideally in B2B SaaS, fleet, telematics, or a related industry.
- Experience designing and running structured onboarding or enablement programs from scratch.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple partner cohorts concurrently.
- Experience across technical/platform onboarding, sales training, value-selling methodology, and partner marketing enablement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating product, pricing, and messaging changes into partner-ready content.
- Experience creating training content, playbooks, or certification programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and partner tracking tools.
