Responsibilities
Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, warm, and timely communication throughout their journey.
Own candidate scheduling end to end.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby).
Prepare candidates and interviewers for success with clear and comprehensive plans.
Coordinate offer logistics, onboarding, and the new-hire experience.
Drive continuous-improvement projects across recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate experience.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or another high-tempo operational or administrative role.
Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication — professional, direct, and proactive.
Comfort navigating ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action and solutions.
Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals.
High NPS with your former teammates.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000 (base; part of total compensation including equity).
