Forward Deployed GTM Architect

Own enterprise deployments of Artisan by architecting GTM systems, aligning RevOps and sales stakeholders, managing rollout and governance, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. The role requires 3+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, sales strategy, or enterprise solutions consulting, plus frequent customer travel.

Responsibilities

  • Architect customers’ GTM systems, including ICP and segmentation, account books, scoring models, and campaign portfolios.
  • Design intent signal strategies, including custom AI signals and signal prioritization.
  • Create governance for autonomous outbound, including autonomy ceilings, suppression policies, approval workflows, team libraries, and manager override rules.
  • Own end-to-end deployment across CRM integration, data hygiene, sending infrastructure, deliverability, knowledge bases, messaging libraries, and phased rollouts.
  • Navigate enterprise security reviews, procurement, data processing, regional compliance, and incumbent-tool replacement.
  • Own account pipeline performance, review campaign and team results, stop ineffective programs, and reallocate volume.
  • Travel to customer offices for discovery, scoping, rollout workshops, and executive reviews.
  • Join sales calls to provide technical and strategic credibility and help close seven-figure deals.
  • Support customers from pre-sales through expansion and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Help customers replace existing tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Orum with Artisan.
  • Feed customer insights back to product and engineering to shape the enterprise roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, sales strategy, or enterprise solutions consulting.
  • Experience deploying systems into large organizations with hundreds of sellers, multiple divisions, competing ICPs, and complex territory models.
  • Experience owning a pipeline number and explaining program performance.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise CRM architecture, object models, data hygiene, field fill rates, role hierarchies, sync conflicts, and ownership rules.
  • Ability to work credibly with CROs and VP-level RevOps leaders and drive consensus across stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, architecting solutions, and delivering quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with both non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clay, 6sense, or similar GTM tools.
  • SQL and light scripting experience.

Compensation and Benefits
