Own the roadmap for a major product area in Decagon's AI platform, partnering with customers and teams to deliver features for agent building, testing, analytics, and enterprise controls.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the roadmap for core AI agent capabilities from concept to launch.
- Work with customers to uncover AI-driven workflow transformations.
- Translate ideas into product specs and collaborate with engineering and design.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience (product management, founding, engineering, research).
- Strong technical acumen (APIs, data models, architecture).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record shipping features in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-haves:
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200K – $285K + equity.
