Responsibilities
Regularly interact with storage facility operators, using Salesforce for team tracking (phone calls, leads, pipeline management)
Test new and innovative approaches to sales and lead generation
Call current customer base to generate cross-sell opportunities
Work outbound/outreach call campaigns from marketing team
Cold-call regional areas to find net-new opportunities with storage owners
Maintain fun and congenial work environment with team
Design, refine, and document value propositions to route customers to products
Prioritize high urgency, high quality opportunities
Maintain discipline of clicks and process in Salesforce
80+ outbound calls a day
Generate 2 outbound SQLs per day
Pipeline management and follow-ups with potential clients
Hit monthly activity and lead quotas
Take detailed notes on all customer interactions
Requirements
1+ years in SaaS sales or support, ideally in fast-growing startup (or comparable experience)
Working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Zendesk (or similar), Google Apps, Microsoft Office
Hunger to get results and improve them
Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, text)
Time-management skills and motivation in remote environment; navigate ambiguity
Strong multitasking and organizational skills to scale systems and processes
AI SDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (60-80 calls/day) into O&P clinics, podiatry, PT, and DME providers to book qualified demos. Requires 1-3 years sales experience, preferably in medical/AI/software, with strong persistence, clinical curiosity, and pipeline discipline. $100-150K OTE.
