Own and expand n8n’s West Coast service-partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and scaling consulting and systems integration partners. The role requires 8+ years in SaaS partnerships, alliances, business development, or sales, including quota-carrying services-partner experience and technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem across the West Coast.
- Identify, qualify, recruit, onboard, and develop consulting firms and systems integrators.
- Build relationships with founders, practice leads, sales teams, and delivery teams.
- Design and deliver partner onboarding, enablement, education, and certification programs.
- Help partners develop n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
- Create scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices.
- Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing on opportunities.
- Develop joint account plans, co-selling motions, and business plans with strategic partners.
- Track partner performance, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent n8n at partner, industry, and technology events.
- Communicate partner feedback internally and improve partner programs, incentives, and operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales at fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
- At least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
- Experience owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Technical comfort discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI, and automation platforms.
- Hands-on, data-driven, outcomes-focused approach to building programs and processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting partner-involved deals worth €100K–€500K.
- Experience with regional go-to-market strategy, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration.
- Experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with systems integrators on complex implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Existing relationships with consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, digital agencies, or technology partners.
