Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key partners and serve as the primary representative for those partners.
- Execute a global win-win strategy that drives value for all parties and positions Airbnb as a top strategic partner across distribution channels.
- Build strong relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key influencers within API and Enterprise customer portfolios.
- Ensure partnerships meet industry standards and that commercial agreements and SLAs are fulfilled.
- Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify and act on strategic growth opportunities.
- Work toward quarterly goals and measure success using performance KPIs, feature adoption, and supply acquisition growth.
- Support partners through a deep understanding of API and technical integrations.
- Educate clients on the product roadmap and significant product changes to accelerate feature adoption and improve the guest experience.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, and/or connectivity roles at a global technology or hospitality technology company.
- Fluent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and French; Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Experience with API integrations strongly preferred.
- Proven account management experience growing a book of business or geographic area and building enduring client relationships.
- Experience in hospitality technology and knowledge of OTA specifications.
- Experience analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex deals across multiple business-unit needs.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, legal, marketing, sales operations, and enablement teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders internally and across the industry.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

- Previous product management experience or experience working with product teams.
- Spanish language fluency.
Compensation and Benefits
- France annual pay range: €74,000–€92,000 EUR.
- Spain annual pay range: €65,000–€80,000 EUR.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
- Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days per week in the office.
- No relocation support.
