Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure partnerships with leading creators and businesses, managing the process from initial outreach through signed agreement and onboarding.
  • Manage key partner relationships end to end, with program-coordinator support for delivery and daily account management.
  • Keep partners engaged, successful, and renewing on Teachable.
  • Design and execute co-marketing programs, offers, webinars, and campaigns that drive growth with partners.
  • Source, prioritize, and manage a healthy partnership pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and structure mutually beneficial partnership deals.
  • Represent Teachable at industry conferences and in high-stakes partner conversations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth to align partnerships with company goals.
  • Track partnership performance, analyze results, and improve the partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, ideally in SaaS or the creator economy.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing deals with high-value partners.
  • Established network in the creator economy, B2B, or AI space.
  • Track record of generating measurable customer acquisition or revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment, including deal structuring.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail when managing pipelines and multiple partner relationships.
