Manager, Implementation

What you will do

• Mentor, hire, and lead a team of IT product specialists.
• Track, monitor & continuously improve performance on key metrics & KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to continuously improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation.
• Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for IT product launches.
• Successfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships.
• Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency.

What you will need

• 6+ years of experience implementing IT products.
• 2+ years of professional experience leading a team; passion for supporting and guiding a team’s growth, career progress, and job performance.
• Ruthless prioritization and time management.
• Data and process-centric leader with attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
• Flexible to scaling and changing organizations and responsibilities.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build.
• Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain.
