Responsibilities
Technical Project Management
- Lead large projects and client accounts as a client-facing technical project manager.
- Manage implementations, enhancement requests, and maintenance projects for assigned client accounts.
- Prioritize inbound client configuration and data management requests and drive them to completion.
- Interpret client and stakeholder requests and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Provide status updates and communicate potential risks and opportunities to clients and account teams.
Client Delivery, Consulting, and Solution Architecture
- Understand complex technical issues and build scalable client solutions.
- Create business requirements documents covering client business rules, requirements, and customizations.
- Configure Yext environments, including Knowledge Graph, Pages, Listings, and Search.
- Build Connectors and analyze or import customer data.
- Perform quality assurance on information and content loaded into the Yext platform.
- Provide guidance on brand visibility, including SEO, AIO, and GEO; data modeling and integration best practices; and solution optimization.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with customers through meetings and email to identify goals and requirements.
- Partner with account managers, sellers, engineers, and designers to deliver successful solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, delivery managers, and other Platform Consultants.
- Contribute to internal resources and process improvements.
- Test new product features and workflows, apply them to client configurations, and provide feedback to product management.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in any subject area or similar college-level education.
- 3–6 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong data modeling and technical background, such as website development, data integrations, or CRM design and management.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex problems effectively.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to work.
- Strong attention to detail and organized, process-driven work habits.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in and fluency with artificial intelligence usage, optimization, and tool creation.
- Availability for occasional travel of less than 5%.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base pay range: $98,100–$181,000 USD.
- Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; vacation; and sick leave.
- Eligible candidates may also participate in performance-based variable pay programs.
