Regional Implementation Manager
Owns and evolves implementation methodology while leading client-facing, cross-functional logistics implementations from scoping through steady-state delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, consulting, or freight-forwarding experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, including task definitions, personas, ownership, timing, dependencies, and templates.
- Create implementation playbooks for new products and services.
- Partner with Sales and Operations as the client’s primary implementation contact, including solutioning support.
- Lead implementations for new accounts and expanded business with existing clients through ramp-up and steady-state delivery.
- Scope awarded business and build project plans across sales, account management, planning and operations, carrier relations, procurement, fulfillment, and technical teams.
- Own the critical path and readiness to support, ensuring delivered work matches what was sold and the agreed timeline.
- Adapt plans as conditions change and use lessons learned to improve service levels and quality.
- Report implementation status, barriers, and mitigation plans to commercial, business, and operational leadership.
- Close implementations with project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into the methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or consulting, or freight forwarding.
- Experience scoping, planning, and closing client-facing, cross-functional projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward delivering ahead of schedule.
- Self-starter who identifies process gaps and builds solutions proactively.
Compensation and Benefits
- US base salary range: $100,000–$130,000 USD.
- Additional compensation may include bonus and equity.
