GTM Data Solutions Architect
Designs AI-ready data solutions for customers, translating technical and business requirements into scalable architectures across the revenue organization. The role requires 5+ years of data architecture or solutions engineering experience, strong data analysis and presentation skills, and familiarity with AI workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with clients and internal teams to determine appropriate data structures and solution designs.
- Serve as the primary technical representative for solution design, mapping data flows from sources to downstream systems.
- Architect AI-ready data layers for reliable consumption by AI agents, LLMs, and automated workflows.
- Analyze datasets to validate volume, quality, contractual commitments, technical feasibility, and usability.
- Design and document data matching and entity resolution approaches, reviewing results for accuracy and completeness.
- Use AI tools, large language models, and emerging protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and solution design.
- Establish frameworks for data documentation, technical discovery, and solution architecture across sales and delivery.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and workshops for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Remain engaged throughout sales and delivery, identifying scope and coverage gaps early.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong data analysis skills, including querying, interpreting, and validating large datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted workflows, including AI query and analysis copilots and MCP-based tooling.
- Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI-ready data layers, including data models, schemas, and pipelines supporting AI agents and automated decision-making.
- Familiarity with data integration methods such as APIs, flat files, and direct system integrations.
- Familiarity with downstream platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience engaging technical and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to establish structure, process, and direction amid technical uncertainty.
- Ability to connect GTM data strategy to AI infrastructure outcomes across the revenue organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ZoomInfo products or comparable go-to-market platforms.
- Experience with large-scale database and data warehouse technologies and analytics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $98,000–$154,000 USD.
- Additional compensation such as bonus, commission, equity, and benefits may apply.
