Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional campaign execution from concept to delivery for special brand projects and feature-led programs.
- Partner with Creative to develop innovative brand marketing concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product value into meaningful narratives for campaign audiences.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to define the appropriate mix of content, media, and channels for each segment.
- Manage campaign briefs, creative deliverables, timelines, stakeholder clarity, and accountability.
- Integrate brand and performance media buying from planning through delivery and reporting.
- Define and track campaign KPIs, analyze results, share insights, and optimize future programs.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice and expression while adapting campaigns to audience needs and regional contexts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, preferably in AI or technology.
- Proven success leading complex projects through completion.
- Concept-led approach with a strong point of view and ability to shepherd breakthrough concepts.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and staying current with industry trends.
- Bias toward action and ability to create processes that support fast-moving cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, messaging, and storytelling for brand-driven campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills across product, creative, and data teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Estimated base salary for roles based in San Francisco or New York City: $174,000–$195,000 per year.
