Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase CodeRabbit platform value
- Respond to security questionnaires
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve customer experience
- Stay current with AI-powered development tools and platforms
- Improve internal tools, documentation, playbooks, guides, and best practices
- Support pre-sales to post-sales transition for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical role, with 2+ years in startup-like environment
- Experience with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
- Comfortable with command line
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership, self-motivation, eagerness to learn and solve problems
- Willingness to mentor peers through trainings and shadowing
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
Compensation
OTE: $195k-$250k (actual salary based on skills, experience, location)
