Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, address technical objections, and own technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles for an AI-powered mortgage platform. The role requires deep mortgage and regulated financial-services expertise and strong consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects to understand their architecture, processes, and pain points.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
- Partner with Sales to address technical objections, influence deal strategy, and build trust with decision-makers.
- Surface product feedback, edge cases, and market insights to inform product roadmap and messaging.
- Own the technical portions of the sales cycle and help close enterprise-level deals.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage and regulated financial services sectors.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical demonstrations to mortgage or financial-services customers.
- Technical sales skills and the ability to explain complex products in clear, customer-focused terms.
- Ability to partner strategically with sales teams and contribute to revenue goals.
- Self-directed, proactive approach with comfort operating in a high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration, customer advocacy, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE compensation range: $200,000–$250,000 per year.
