Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 25 to 50 enterprise accounts (companies between 2,000 and 10,000 employees).
- Build executive relationships, success plans, and expansion motions to drive outcomes at scale.
- Advise customers on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations; use data and logs to spot friction.
- Connect technical performance to commercial growth; own NRR, drive cross-sell into product suite, lead renewals end-to-end.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products with quantified enterprise wins.
- Own revenue outcomes end-to-end (quota, retention, expansion) without sales handoff.
- Navigate complex deals where champion and economic buyer differ.
- Hold technical conversations with developers/engineering (familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, SDKs).
- Use product data for health signals, expansion, and risk mitigation.
- Present to C-suite, troubleshoot with engineering, close with procurement.
Preferred
- Experience in voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI.
- Experience selling/expanding into multiple products within a platform.
Compensation
- Competitive OTE structure: 70% base, 30% variable.
- Variable: 70% NRR, 30% product cross-sell (cross-sell counts toward NRR).
- Quota on managed ARR; accelerators for above-target NRR.
- Paid quarterly.
