Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal solutions, facilitate deployment, and manage expectations amid technical constraints.
- Lead deployment of containerized solutions within customer environments.
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption, clarifying technical risks and necessary tradeoffs.
- Promote reusability by choosing between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements in collaboration with product development.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis through APIs and internal tools.
- Guide customers on authentication, user and group management, and provisioning best practices.
- Translate customer technical requirements into successful deployments on client infrastructure and integrations with source systems.
- Lead discussions on user management and authentication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution, such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; existing clearance is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
- Solid experience with project management and customer-facing technical work.
- Customer-centric, solution-oriented approach with the ability to explain technical concepts to broader audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Helm or Kustomize.
- Familiarity with Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming, Kafka, single sign-on, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large data volumes.
- Knowledge of security and compliance for enterprise applications.
