- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
- Execute on a personalized outreach strategy that includes emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging
- Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring and their unique recruiting needs
- Create new business opportunities for the company to grow revenue
- Collaborate with a dynamic and driven group of highly skilled SDRs to collectively achieve company goals and celebrate victories as a team
- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

Compensation
The national pay for this role is $56,000 BASE SALARY annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
