Responsibilities
- Run annual planning for Rippling’s Engineering, Product, and Design organization, including workstreams and decision-making frameworks.
- Own operating rhythms such as weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes.
- Establish and improve processes across the product development lifecycle, including requirements, release planning and validation, experimentation, and quality verification.
- Ensure product releases are included in the launch calendar and accelerate release pace and quality.
- Establish a product adoption framework to measure post-launch adoption, business outcomes, and learnings.
- Develop go-to-market and customer feedback loops that provide product leaders with current market insight.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science on analytical infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehouse models, and tooling.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leads on team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation.
- Own end-to-end release management, including readiness reviews, release communications, and risk mitigation.
- Hold cross-functional partners accountable for committed deliverables without formal authority.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely adjacent function at a high-growth technology company.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain their value to non-technical audiences.
- Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and experience improving product development processes.
- Ability to work independently, autonomously, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience structuring and solving ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
